Understand the issue before agreeing the repair
Cooling systems can show similar symptoms for different reasons. The aim of an inspection is to review the reported problem, complete relevant checks and explain the proposed repair before chargeable work proceeds.
Common symptoms you can report
- AC runs but cooling feels weak or inconsistent
- Unusual sound, vibration or odour
- Water leakage or drainage concern
- Unit does not start or stops unexpectedly
- Reduced airflow from the indoor unit
- Visible damage or an error indication
These symptoms do not identify a single fault by themselves. Parts, refrigerant-related work and other repairs are only included when stated in the agreed scope.
Preventive maintenance
Routine care may include accessible filter and component cleaning, a visual condition review, basic operating checks and observations about visible concerns. Maintenance cannot guarantee that equipment will not fail in the future.
